Guidelines for online Exchanges & Returns
We hope that you love everything you purchase from Curvy Chick, however if something doesn’t fit just right, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund according to the following guidelines:
Curvy Chick maintains the right to refuse full or partial exchanges/refunds for items that are sent back that do not meet the guidelines listed above.
How to Make an Exchange/Refund
Exchanges/refunds must be pre-approved by Curvy Chick prior to the customer shipping the item back. Customers must get an exchange/refund code from Curvy Chick by contacting curvychick@hotmail.ca
It is recommended that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation and insurance on your item. Curvy Chick will not be responsible for items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Defective/Damaged Items
Customers should inspect their purchases immediately upon receipt. If you feel you have received defective or damaged items, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions.
NOTE: Items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for a return (exchange or refund). Please ensure to follow the care instructions found on the label to ensure that your item maintains its original quality.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and are only available when the item wishing to be exchanged for is in stock. When an item is sold out in the size and/or colour wishing to be exchanged for, a refund will be given, pending all of the remaining guidelines are adhered to.
- All items wishing to be exchanged or refunded must be returned in the original selling condition, which includes the item being unworn, unsoiled (i.e. no food or makeup stains), undamaged, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still on the item, otherwise the exchange/refund will be refused.
- Curvy Chick does not offer refunds or exchanges when the original tags are removed from the item.
- Exchanges and refunds will only be provided within 21 days of the purchase date. After 21 days from the purchase date, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.
- A copy of your receipt should be included with your item when exchanging/returning for a refund. If you don’t have your original invoice, simply print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you at the time of purchase.
- Returns made to a credit card can only be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
- Under garments, swimwear, hosiery, cosmetics, earrings, fragrances, and other products that are intimate or sanitary goods, are final sale. No exchanges/refunds will be given for these types of items.
- Gift cards are final sale. No refunds will be provided.
- An exchange or refund on final sale items will not be permitted.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable (original and return). The cost of shipping to exchange/return an item is the responsibility of the customer.
- An additional flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be charged to items being exchanged when the replacement item is being mailed to the customer. The customer is responsible for this fee.
- Items with a gift receipt will follow the regular return policy; however funds will always be applied to a store credit.
